Gynger Care is a French startup dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces where women’s well-being is prioritized.

Through its B2B digital solution, Gynger Care enables businesses to support their female employees on their reproductive care and well-being journeys (including menstrual and hormonal health, pregnancy, and postpartum). Most significantly, Gynger Care has reduced the time for female employees to access a specialist from 93 days to 24 hours, and currently covers 25,000 employees

By breaking taboos around these often-overlooked experiences, the solution strengthens employee well-being, engagement, and belonging, which directly enhances business productivity and resilience.

With support from Mastercard Strive, Gynger Care is leveraging AI to make women’s well-being support accessible to even the smallest businesses. By simplifying the onboarding process, Gynger Care is removing the administrative burden for busy founders, so they can adopt and offer this solution to employees in just a few clicks. For the women they employ, this means faster, more reliable access to the care they need to thrive in the workplace.

Gynger Care’s deployment of AI components will also enable their solution to make well-being support feel personal —by, for instance, matching the right advice to the right person and analyzing usage to understand what employees actually need. This would enable Gynger Care to reach more users faster and boost engagement without losing human connection.
